Our penultimate week with the Refugee Action clients! Where has the time gone?

This week Shelanu members showed the women how to make jewellery using polymer clay. The women were prolific! They made brooches and a huge variety of beads to be made into necklaces, bracelets and earrings.

We couldn’t bake the items at the church, so last Friday was baking day at Shelanu. Trays and trays were baked so the beads are solid for assembling into jewellery at the next session! Watch this space for the final pieces…
